By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

Description of Service

SkillGraph is an AI-powered career development platform providing:

  • Interactive skill visualization and tracking
  • AI career coaching and personalized recommendations
  • CV/resume building tools
  • Goal setting and progress tracking
  • Learning path recommendations
  • Job market analysis

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Account Registration

When creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

Subscription and Payment

Subscription Plans

SkillGraph offers free and paid subscription plans. Premium plans provide additional features as described on our website.

Billing

Premium subscriptions are billed in advance through our payment processor Lemon Squeezy. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees.

Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime through your account settings.

Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new Premium subscriptions. If unsatisfied, request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase by contacting support@skill-graph.com.

  • Refunds are not available after the 14-day period
  • Refunds are not available for subscription renewals
  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method

This refund policy is a voluntary offer and does not affect any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

Prices and Fees

All prices are displayed in the applicable currency on our website and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices with at least 30 days' notice before your next billing cycle.

User Content and Conduct

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you upload or create. You grant us a limited license to use, process, and store your content solely to provide and improve the Service.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload content that infringes third-party rights
  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt unauthorized access to the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service

Artificial Intelligence Disclaimer

The Service uses AI technologies for career coaching and recommendations. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content is for informational purposes only
  • AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your circumstances
  • You should exercise your own judgment for career decisions
  • We do not guarantee specific career outcomes

The Service, including its design, features, and documentation, is owned by the operator and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY SWISS LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Swiss law, the operator shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
  • Damages arising from use or inability to use the Service
  • Damages arising from AI-generated content or recommendations

Total liability for all claims shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or CHF 100, whichever is greater.

Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through account settings or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zürich, Switzerland. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.
